Ti do il benvenuto nella mia casa che per questo breve periodo sarà tua. Ho cercato di renderla confortevole il più possibile pensando a tutte le mie esigenze quando sto in viaggio.

Spero di esserci riuscita in modo da renderti il soggiorno il più rilassante e confortevole possibile.

Per un soggiorno piacevole e sicuro, è bene conoscere le norme del regolamento interno della casa. Per ogni ulteriore informazione, non esitare a chiedere.

TERS AND CONDITIONS

I’m welcoming you to my house and for the time being it will be yours. I tried to make it as suitable for comfort as possible based on all the essentials that I would want when I’m travelling.

I hope I manage to do just that and wish you to have as much comfort and ease during your stay.

For a safe and pleasurable experience, it’s good to know the housekeeping rules. For any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to ask.

Check-in e check-out

Picta Domus , è esclusivamente riservata agli Ospiti che occupano l’appartamento: è vietato quindi l’accesso ai non autorizzati. Potrete prendere possesso dell’unità abitativa dalle 15:00 alle 21:00 del giorno dell’arrivo e dovrete lasciarla libera entro le ore 10:00 del giorno della partenza.

Check-in and check-out

PictaDomus it is exclusively reserved for the guests who booked the apartment, making the access for outsiders not permittable. The check-in period is from 3 pm till 9 pm from the date of arrival, while as the check-out period shall be before 10 am on the day of departure.

Documenti

L’ospite, al suo arrivo, è tenuto a esibire un documento di identità in corso di validità, per la registrazione, secondo le vigenti disposizioni di legge. L’inosservanza di tale obbligo costituisce violazione alle norme del codice penale.
I dati acquisiti sono trattati in conformità con la vigente normativa sulla privacy ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n° 196 del 30 giugno 2003.

Documentation

The guest upon arrival is required to exhibit an identification document valid for registration. In the absence of such documentation the check in cannot be performed under no circumstances, for there are legal measures that forbids that in the penal code. All the personal information is going to be treated per law following the norms written in the law decree number 196 of 30th July 2003 on privacy.

Tassa di soggiorno

Nel comune di Roma, per le case vacanze l’importo della tassa di soggiorno è di € 6,00 per persona per notte fino a 10 giorni, sono esenti i minori di anni 10 e le categorie previste dal Comune di Roma. L’importo di tale tassa verrà versata dall’ospite all’arrivo se non già trattenuta al momento della prenotazione.

City Tax

In the municipality of Rome for vacation homes there is a city tax of 6 € per person each night up to 10 days, exempt from paying are only minors below the age of 10 and certain categories that the city of Rome deems eligible. The full amount of the city tax will be required to pay upon arrival if not already withheld during the reservation.

Chiavi di accesso

Saranno consegnate le chiavi dell’appartamento e del portone del palazzo. E’ fatto divieto assoluto di duplicare tali chiavi. In caso di smarrimento, è prevista una penale di €. 300,00 interamente addebitata all’ospite, per il cambio di tutte le serrature.

Keys to access

The keys of the apartment will be given together with the keys to the building. Under no circumstances the keys will b duplicated. In the event of a loss there is a penalty of 300€ being charged to the guest, that stems from replacing all the locks.

Fumo

In tutte le aree interne dell’appartamento e del palazzo è assolutamente vietato fumare.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in all the interiors of the apartment just as within the building.

Pulizia e biancheria

L’appartamento e la biancheria vengono consegnati in perfetto ordine e pulizia. Alla riconsegna, a fine soggiorno, tutti gli eventuali guasti e rotture saranno addebitate all’ospite. Le spese per le pulizie finali dovranno essere pagate al momento della prenotazione o del check in.
Il cambio di biancheria e le pulizie straordinarie non sono incluse nel prezzo, si potrà provvedere su richiesta dell’ospite e dovranno essere versate al momento della richiesta.

Cleaning and laundry

The apartment will be given to the guests already cleaned and everything in order. Upon returning it, at the end of your stay, if there are any damage to the premise the guest will be fully charged for the repairs. The standard cleaning which fees must be paid at the time of booking or check-in.
For clothing laundry and any extraordinary cleaning procedure are not included in the standard cleaning fee, those can be provided upon request of the guests for additionally

Oggetti personali

L’ospite dovrà badare agli oggetti di valore lasciati nell’appartamento. Picta Domus non è responsabile per l’eventuale scomparsa di questi oggetti.

Personal belongings

The guest is responsible for keeping personal belongings safe, and PictaDomus not responsible for their loss.

Danni e oggetti mancanti

Eventuali danni apportati dopo accertamento di responsabilità, dovranno essere risarciti dall’ospite. Oggetti mancanti dalla dotazione delle camere, verranno addebitati agli ospiti occupanti.

Damage and missing objects

For any damage accounted after the verification of responsibility, shall be reimbursed by the guest. Missing objects from the endowment of each room will also be charged.

Raccomandazioni e divieti

Si raccomanda un uso corretto dei servizi igienici, evitando di gettare nel water assorbenti, cotton fioc e altri oggetti che possano otturarlo (si raccomanda di usare gli appositi cestini).

Si raccomanda inoltre:

• di spegnere le luci ogni volta che si lascia la casa.

• durante l’assenza non lasciare aperte le finestre e le grate.

• non lasciare i carica-batterie collegati quando non vengono utilizzati.

• non lasciare rubinetti aperti (l’acqua è un bene prezioso)

• non lasciare il climatizzatore in funzione durante l’assenza.

• non lasciare gli aeratori dei bagni accesi durante l’assenza. 

• tenere il televisore con il volume basso in modo da non disturbare.

• è severamente vietato di fare uso di sostanze stupefacenti.

• non sono ammessi animali di nessun tipo (potremmo avere ospiti con allergie)

• gettare l’immondizia differenziata prima di fare check out negli appositi contenitori

• collocati sulla strada difronte alla casa.

• di non lasciare rifiuti di cibo in giardino e in casa. Accertarsi di vuotare il frigo prima di lasciare l’appartamento.

Recommendation and restrictions

It is recommended a correct use of the hygiene services at the apartment, trying to avoid throwing in the bathroom any materials that would result in blockage of the sewage (it is recommended to throw such materials in specific bins).

It is recommended also:

• To turn off the lights every time you leave the apartment.

• While you’re away do not leave open the windows and the grille

• Do not leave the charger plugged in while not in use.

• Do not leave the faucet running (water is a precious good).

• Do not leave the Air conditioner on while not in the apartment.

• Do not leave bathroom vents on during your absence.

• Keep the volume of the television low in order not to disturb the neighbours.

• It is not permitted to use any narcotic substances.

• Pets are not permitted (we might have some guests that are allergic to them).

• Recycle sustainably by using the right bins before checking out (the waste bins can also be found on the street in front of the house).

• Do not leave organic waste on the garden and inside the home. Make sure to empty the refrigerator before leaving the apartment.

Silenzio e tranquillità

In conformità al regolamento della casa e alle norme della Polizia Municipale, si richiede di osservare il silenzio nella fascia oraria tra le ore 14.00 e le ore 16.00 e dalle ore 23.00 alle ore 08.00

Keeping a quiet profile.

Conforming to the rules of the house and the norms of the police municipality, it is asked to be observant of the quiet hours during the time that goes from 2pm till 4pm and from 10 pm till 8 pm.

Internet e Wi-Fi

La struttura è dotata di una rete wi-fi per la connessione a internet, messa a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente .

Wifi and Internet.

The premise makes available a wi-fi connection for free use of the guests. I’m not responsible for shortages of electricity and water in the house during the stay (unfortunately it does not depend on me).

Non rispondo di eventuali disservizi dovuti a mancanza totale o parziale di forniture di elettricità, acqua, connessione a internet non dipendenti dalle mie volontà.

I am not responsible for any service disruptions due to a total or partial lack of electricity, water, or internet connection beyond my control.
